1. Why did you decide to start a Pilates practice instead of some other modality?
I was looking for something that was non-impact on my body but would also allow for me to maintain my strength and increase the power in my core.
2. What do you believe you get specifically from a 1 on 1 practice instead of a group setting?
The 1 on 1 focuses on my body and what it needs that day. You make sure my body is properly aligned, my core is engaged and that I am breathing properly. I know that I am doing the exercises correctly and strengthening my body when you are there 1 on 1.
3. Would you refer someone you know to me, and if so, why?
I would absolutely refer someone to you because every session with you is challenging and rewarding. Your energy is infectious and you make me feel like I can do anything. You are so knowledgable and always make sure my body is in the proper position before we start any movement.
