1. Why did you decide to start a Pilates practice instead of some other modality?

I have done several different types of workouts over the years, and I feel, as far as core strength, there is not one (workout) that targets that area as well as pilates.

2. Had you tried group classes before? What do you believe you get specifically from a 1 on 1 practice instead of a group setting?

It is extremely easy to get into bad habits and poor posture when you are in a group class.  Andrea's eyes, miss nothing, and I feel stronger and my posture improves each and every time that I leave the studio.

3. Would you refer someone you know to me, and if so, why?

You truly do care for each and every one of your students.

4. Any other comments/suggestions you might offer.

You can learn to count better!  Andrea, you are truly an amazing person, and you are one of the finest instructors that I have ever had the pleasure of learning from.
